Can I try MailChrono before paying?

Yes! Our free tier is fully functional for personal use. You can connect up to 2 inboxes and view up to 100 threads per day. Upgrade to Pro when you need more.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal through our payment provider Paddle. All payments are securely processed.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer annual billing?

Currently we only offer monthly billing to keep things simple and flexible. Annual billing with discounts is coming soon.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Since we never store your email content, there's nothing to delete! Your account settings and workspace data can be exported or deleted upon request.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?

Is there a limit on team size?
